TIREX RESOURCES (TSX Venture and OTC QX) has invested approximately $25 million into the exploration and development of the Mirdita Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) located in northern Albania. Recently, Tirex announced plans to target a fast track into copper gold production based on the work completed in Albania to date. In addition to multiple equity raises, capital invested for the Albanian project came via a $10 million convertible debenture facility with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), a EUR 20 billion organization headquartered in London, United Kingdom.

GREENSCAPE CAPITAL GROUP (TSX Venture) completed construction of a $20 million 4200 stall green parking facility servicing the Denver International Airport in Denver, Colorado. Part of the financing arranged included a $7.5 million construction loan from Wells Fargo in the United States and a $7.0 million non-revolving term facility with Maxam Opportunities Fund LP of Vancouver, Canada. Additionally, Skanderbeg principals were instrumental in funding Greenscape's investment in CapTherm Systems

BLACK SMOKER VENTURES (CNSX) Skanderbeg recently worked with Black Smoker Ventures to close an oversubscribed $1.2 million financing which will, in part, finance the company's planned exploration of the Fox Lake volcanogenic massive sulphide property located in Manitoba, Canada.

REVOLUTION RESOURCES (TSX and OTC QX) In 2010, Skanderbeg principals raised a significant amount of seed capital and a significant amount of the $9,000,000 TSX IPO for Revolution Resources (formerly Nuukfjord Gold).

BANKS ISLAND GOLD has retained the services of Skanderbeg for corporate development and merchant banking consultancy. Banks Island vision is to become a premier precious metals producer by capitalizing on rigorous evaluation techniques, operating skills, and experience within their group. Their management team includes managers and directors with experience ranging from designing 250tpd high grade silver mines to President and General Manager of Canada's largest open pit copper mine.
