Nova Uranium announces that effective at stock market open, December 21, 2009, the Company's common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the name Secova Metals Corp. With the trading symbol SEK.

Secova Metals has no debt and a strong cash position and is therefore well positioned to carry out significant exploration and project evaluations. Secova's new board of directors and management team have a mandate to actively seek out and acquire multiple high-quality mineral properties. The recent acquisition of the Gold Coin project, in Arizona, is indicative of this strategy.
