Vancouver, BC, May 5, 2009, Greenscape Capital Group congratulates Robert Clark, Executive Chef of Nu, Raincity Grill and C Restaurant on being awarded the 2009 Green Award by the 20th Annual Vancouver Magazine's Restaurant Awards.
Mr. Clark was the creator of the Contemporary Ocean Products brand of all natural salts, crackers, seafood and seasoning products which is now a new wholly owned subsidiary named Contemporary Organic Products Inc. of Greenscape Capital Group.

Clark was the driving force behind the creation of the Vancouver Aquarium's Ocean Wise program and the Spot Prawn Festival and is a cofounder of The Chef's Table Society of BC. He was recognized as Newsmaker of the Year by the Canadian Association of Food Services Professionals and is representing British Columbia later this month at the National Arts Centre's BC Scene in Ottawa . Mr. Morrison, describes Mr. Clark's contribution to the eco-movement in the restaurant business when he states, "he works tirelessly to make diners and chefs more aware of the impact they have on the world's oceans through the seafood choices they make every day."
Harry Kambolis, owner of Nu, Raincity Grill and C Restaurant, is a leader in bringing eco-friendly business practices into the restaurant and food industry. His was the first restaurant group in North America to build an entire restaurant menu around the 100 mile diet concept.
