Skanderbeg Capital Advisors is a boutique merchant bank and advisory group focused on identifying undervalued companies with highly prospective business opportunities. We primarily focus on public companies in the technology, biotech, healthcare, special situations, and natural resources sector.
The principals of Skanderbeg Capital Advisors have a wide ranging network that includes relevant finance professionals including investment advisors, high net worth investors, fund managers, investment bankers, institutional salesmen, analysts, and strategic investors.
We are very selective about which companies we expose to our network as we have a proven track record that generates significant results. Our experience in each sector, initiative and relevant knowledge of the capital markets, and shareholder first mentality allow us to be one of the top performing advisory firms in the venture capital markets.
Core to our operation is only working with companies on a success based model. If we cannot raise money for a potential client, then we don’t want to be involved. Over the years we have refined our network to include key relationships with groups and individuals that co-invest with us on each company we get involved in. We are constantly adding new sources of capital to our network and are able to do so because our track record speaks for itself.
We have the ability to raise capital for every situation in the venture capital markets: private companies, public companies looking for growth capital, expansion capital, strategic investors, and debt facilities. We view ourselves as more than just a source of capital. We like to be involved in our investments and put the full force of our network to action to give companies the best chance of success.
