Skanderbeg Financial is a professional corporation that focuses on financial management and advisory. We offer unique scalable Contract CFO Services that are custom-fit to each client. We provide high quality and specialized financial guidance, while adding overall breadth and depth of a financial executive to the management team, without having the cost of a full-time CFO. Gaps in accounting and finance are filled, while senior management remains focused on operations, top line growth and bottom line protection.

As entrepreneurs and finance professionals, we understand the need for capital preservation while driving growth at the same time. CARSON SEABOLT

PARTNER

Mr. Seabolt is a seasoned investor and financier that is well versed in finance and marketing strategies for micro-cap private and public Canadian companies. Mr. Seabolt has expertise in identifying undervalued companies and introducing these opportunities to his buy side network of clients, strategic co investors and marketing participants.  Mr Seabolt and his partners have a proven track record of being able to raise capital, increase investor awareness, and liquidity. Mr. Seabolt was previously active with a leading Toronto-based merchant bank focused on the global resource sectors and recently co-founded and purpose built K92 Mining Corp. to capitalize on divestments initiated by Global Major Barrick Gold Corp which resulted in the acquisition of the fully developed, fully permitted, multi-million ounce Kainantu Gold mine in Papua New Guinea.

MARIO VETRO

PARTNER

Mr. Vetro has extensive experience in structuring and advising resource and special situations companies. Mr. Vetro began working in the finance industry with one of the top investor relations firms in North America. He helped grow the firm from its inception, where, over a 5 year span the company was involved in over $500m in equity raises, as well as several buyouts, ranging from $100m – $1.5 Bn. There he built a track record of helping to finance and grow public companies, as well as increase their liquidity through a global financial network. Mr. Vetro is a graduate of UBC with a major in Political Science. While attending university, Mr. Vetro worked for a direct sales company, becoming the #1 overall sales rep and #1 manager in the country.

ADAM ROSS

INVESTOR RELATIONS

Adam Ross specializes in investor relations and raising capital for private and public companies, with a particular focus in the mining, bio medical, energy, as well as niche markets.  Adam has built an extensive network of contacts in his eleven-year career. He has strong relationships with numerous private and public companies, institutions, and high net worth investors globally but specializes in the North American market.  Beginning his career in Vancouver, Canada, Adam has also worked in Europe and the UK. Adam worked in Switzerland on numerous financings for a Swiss consulting group. He also founded Highland Consulting Ltd. In London, UK where he provided marketing services and helped finance public North American companies.

KEVIN MA

PRINCIPAL/FINANCIAL ADVISORY

Mr. Kevin Ma is a senior financial professional specializing in corporate finance, public company reporting and regulatory compliance in Canada and the United States. With over 10 years experience in strategic planning, financial management, and capital markets, Kevin has worked in a broad spectrum of industries in natural resources, software, clean tech, security, and a variety of industrial projects for SME and multi-national companies, both in private and public corporate structures.  Mr. Ma was a core member of the senior management team at Alexco Resource Corp. that put the Bellekeno Mine into commercial operations in 2011 in the historic Keno Hill Silver District, Yukon Territory, Canada. Mr. Ma assisted the Alexco team in completing over $100 million financing, including a $50 million silver stream sales to Silver Wheaton Corp.

SPIRO KLETAS

CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Kletas has been working with public companies for the last ten years, primarily in the junior mining sector. Mr Kletas’ strength and focus has been in Company corporate development, raising of capital and market awareness. Mr Kletas has been involved with capital raises in excess of $200 million to date and has developed an extensive network of institutional, brokerage, retail and industry contacts both in Europe and North America.   Mr. Kletas is a graduate of the University of British Columbia.

BRONSON PEEVER

INVESTOR RELATIONS

Bronson Peever was born and raised in Vancouver. Having his father and grandfather make a living through mining induced Bronson with an early love for the industry. His love for mining flourished as he got older and recognized its importance in facilitating growth in technology and infrastructure all around the world. At the early age of 17 he traveled across the country and started his post secondary education at Dalhousie University, in Nova Scotia, Halifax.  Over the course of four years he completed his Management degree with a major in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. It was at Dalhousie where Bronson found his love for the stock markets; he attended Dalhousie’s investment society weekly, where he attained a vast amount of knowledge about commodities and other various aspects of the market.

STEPHANIE DELANEY

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Stephanie Delaney grew up in Dublin, Ireland but has been calling Vancouver home for almost 4 years. She studied Event Management in Dublin and so has a passion for planning, spearheading events and takes pride in her extreme attention to detail. Having worked in an array of different industries both client facing and otherwise, Stephanie has excellent communication people skills. She landed her first Canadian role with Teck Resources, and from there her fascination with the industry grew. Prior to starting at Skanderbeg Capital in 2016, Stephanie spent two years working in Investor Relations and Communications for a junior mining company, often being the face of the company at trade shows and conferences and the friendly voice on the end of the phone for shareholders. As executive assistant, Stephanie has implemented administrative infrastructure to Skanderbeg Capital and acts as a vital support to the whole team.
